The chorus that President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s 2030 project is mission impossible is fast growing as his supporters intensify their unpopular campaign for him to extend his rule beyond his 2028 second term constitutional limit to 2030.
Prominent lawyer Douglas Mwonzora, the undertaker on the once-main opposition MDC which he seized from colleagues before burying it six feet under in the general elections last year, once again further explains the issue, saying Mnangagwa’s bid is mission impossible.
Mwonzora was part of the leaders of the constitution making process that was adopted in 2013.
