Magaya, wife remanded to 9 December
Their matter was postponed to December 9 2025 on both records to allow the State to complete ongoing investigations and record outstanding statements.

Their matter was postponed to December 9 2025 on both records to allow the State to complete ongoing investigations and record outstanding statements.
The dup is jointly charged on fraud, while Magaya is facing five counts of rape.
Defence consented to the postponement but placed the State on notice hoping to be furnished with a trial date on December 9.
